  At 4am I had to go to reception to ask to check out as the noise from the plumbing was so loud we could not get any sleep and that is what a hotel is for!!!!!!

  The location was fantastic. The first night we stayed in room 1042 and all night there was a noise like a shower running in the next room. I went downstairs and on our way out for the day I mentioned it to the front desk, they immediatley moved us to 1021 and it had a spectacular view of the harbour. The staff at this hotel were wonderful from the front end to the maids.

  The only thing I questioned was the original booking. I should have taken a better look when I booked it. I was sure that when I booked the price online was different and had included the taxes. The reason I say that is that I had been looking at quite a few hotels and it was the best price for the location. We had also looked into the Marriott Pennacle across the street because we were there to see John Edward. I would have stayed in that hotel but for the price we paid but I was sure the total with approx. 90.00 tax was included in the price. I don't know if I would book through Booked.net again.

  It was a lovely setting along the water within walking distance to an event we were attending at Coal Harbour Community Centre. The bed was super comfortable!

  Staff were very helpful and friendly,they accadated our needs . Food was good, views were good, would go again .

  I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The biggest surprise for me was the 24 hour pool, I really wish I'd have brought my bathing suit but I didn't think I would need it because my event would end after 9 when I thought it would close.

  I was originally in a group of 6 but I couldn't seem to find a room available for 6. Not sure if there are none or there just weren't any available during my trip.

  The location is spectacular. The view from the room was likewise. It was great that we were allowed to use the hot tub 24 hours.

  We were given a room by the ice machine and we could hear the noise through the walls. Considering there were other rooms available, we would have preferred a room in a completely quiet location. I didn't like the coffee machine in the room.

  Near the sea, nightlife and good food

  Club floor closed during my trip, Renovating noise, phone in room did not work, very few signs showing way to hotel from shared parking garage underground. No instructions from check-in how the parking fee discount works when staying at the hotel.
